  : The light in the bathroom didnt work. Then the lights in our bedroom stopped working . The Wi-Fi didnt work. The kitchen faucet barely worked . The pillows had someone elses perfume on them - meaning it must not have been properly cleaned . Nobody fixed the issues while we were there

  : Minor points - shower water pressure is low- parking on 7th floor (going in circles 6x just to get in/out)- no frying pan to use stove (thankfully theres microwave for frozen meals)

  : Finding car lockbox, and then finding code for returning responder. Needed to call after trying to chat within app, and going through all of the emails.

  : The amenities are nice at this apartment complex, including a fitness center, rooftop pool/hot-tub, rec room with cappuccino machine, etc. A small assortment of tea & coffee was provided in the room. The shampoo and conditioner provided had a pleasant aroma. It was in a good location for my purpose for my business trip, walking distance to the venue.
  : This is NOT a Hotel, this is a corporate VRBO in an apartment building! There is NO on-site staff and you have to pay $15 per night for a parking space, which was not disclosed on the Booking.com listing & I found out the parking spot I had to pay Sonder for, was designated for a compact car upon arrival (also not disclosed) even after calling them. When you call Sonder, you get an overseas call center representative who spends a lot of time kindly apologizing but can't actually answer all your questions because they know nothing about the property. They have to spend a lot of time referencing cheat sheets because they have never accually seen the property. You also have to check-in & check out online, which is a very complicated process involving uploading both sides of your picture ID and facial recognition to verify your identity. There is a lot of data entry & self-help involved in this process.After checking in, I received a text message from Sonder customer service asking me to text if I needed anything and I responded with several texts that were never replied to. I met another Sonder guests staying there who complained of the same lack of response. Only 2 sets of towels are provided, even though the rental sleeps 4 people. The bathroom also had a strange lack of towel bars & hooks, so there was no place to hang towels to dry. The unit was reasonably clean however the carpets and rugs were over-due for a good steam cleaning. Do not stay here if you value quiet! You're right in the middle of the bustling inner-city area which has bright lights and noise around the clock. My unit was directly above a busy street & train tracks, adjacent from a nightclub and construction site that was going on all night with bright lights, and percussion sounds. You need a code for every door in the building which adds a layer of "security" but the typical inner-city vagrancy was evident.

  : I think you should be able to recover what you forget in the room after check out.Staff representation.The bathroom needed to be Detailed.Bed should be hotel stay quality. I'm not camping.

  : Location was great for my needs. On-site reserved parking was part of why I chose this building. Views were very nice. Bed was comfortable and clean. The night security guard was so friendly and helpful when I got locked out. The breakfast restaurant downstairs was excellent! Pool was gorgeous.
  : The building codes were constantly changed without much communication, leaving me locked out, without elevator access, etc. The garage door transponder I was assigned didn't work, meaning I couldn't access the parking I paid extra for (and there was zero street parking anywhere nearby) and it took several hours for the "24-7 concierge" staff to even confirm they could get me a new one. Every wall inside the unit was scuffed and filthy like a college house, the floors were clearly dirty, and there was a faint sewer smell on my whole floor. Small details like hallway signage that was broken or missing letters was off-putting and spoke volumes about the level of care put into this place.

  : Stylish, comfortable apartment with fabulous view and access to rooftop pool
  : The shower wasn't the best - long time to come hot, modest pressure and limited temperature control. Lack of drawer space for storing clothes, unless the drawers under the TV were used.

  : The property had roaches and was not clean. It was disgusting. I saw them crawling on bathroom and kitchen counters.
