  : My experience at The Clarendon Hotel and Spa left me utterly disappointed and feeling misled.Despite its apparent 4-star rating, the reality felt more like an upgraded motel at best. The elevator showed signs of significant wear and tear, giving an initial impression of neglect.Upon entering our room, the broken blinds left the bed clearly visible from outside, compromising privacy. The bathtub faucet was rusty, and the tub itself was unacceptably grimy.The walls were noticeably dirty, adorned with decorations that were marred with holes. To my dismay, there was a canvas near the bed that raised concerns, resembling a hidden camera upon first glance. After investigating, it revealed inappropriate drawings behind it. This unsettling discovery made it impossible to relax, as the lack of privacy meant anyone passing by could easily see into the room. Overall, my stay was far from what one would expect from a reputable establishment. I would strongly advise against choosing The Clarendon Hotel and Spa for anyone seeking a pleasant and comfortable accommodation experience.

  : The Samsung smart TV enabled us to watch our favorite streaming services w/o having to hook up my Chromecast.Modern furnishings made for a pleasant stay.The staff was very friendly.Great value.
  : Had to switch rooms because no maintenance staff was available to unclog the toilet. Wasn't offered a plunger do it myself. Second room had a slow drain in the sink.

  : New ownership,changes to ammenities,no ice machine, no snack machines,no longer has entertainment available, lost its appeal . When the previous owners left they took the whole ambience of this hotel with them

  : NO AIR CONDITIONING!!! IN ARIZONA only evap coolers so it's was humid and hot miserable night.. checkout says 12 come to find out its really 11am..So why did the housekeeper unlock and wallk in my room at 10:15am, I'm in bed naked with my man..she was rude and told me I had to be out by 11..I explained to her she had to leave before we had a problem.. I called front desk they apologized.
