  : Charged no-smoking deposit then put in a smoking room that add not been wiped down (sticky stuff on night stand), there were fireball whisky wrappers and cigarette ash on the floor. Moved to new room and there was a bunch of long brown hair all over the bathroom floor, turned on the AC and drywall dust blew out. At 1130 pm we left!

  : Nothing everything was horrible
  : This was the worst hotel I have ever stayed EVER! It's almost as bad if not worse then Joe's apartment with all the cockroaches crawling around. The staff there was horrible. when asked to give a refund because of all of the things that were wrong with the room we were denied. My husband killed 3 bugs while the manager was in the room and watched him kill these bugs and he still denied us of our refund. We couldn't take a shower with the bath tub that wouldn't drain. We were so grossed out with all the cockroaches everywhere. Realistically, we barely even wanted to step foot on the floor. In fact, one cockroach I found right over my head hiding in the picture while i slept. There was still somebody's left over food in the refrigerator And the room had clearly not been cleaned very well at least probably in a good while. These guys are crooks they offered me a discount and a different room for 2 hours but i would still have to leave at 11am. I was told this at 9 AM in the morning. When I had 1st complained right after I had arrived the night before. They will do everything in their power to not have to return your money. When I 1st complained I was told maintenance would be there in the morning. When maintenance never showed up I complained agait complained again and I was offered a room for the remainder of my time which was only 2 hours and then I was offered a room for the remainder of my time which was only 2 hours and $70 back when I told them that I was going to just take it up with booking. com. The guy tried everything to not return my full $150 that I spent on this room that I shared with cockroaches. And then when booking.com tried to call the hotel to get a sign off on the refund the guy said that he was not authorized to make the refund and he was not able to get hold of the manager of the hotel..
