Pigeon Forge Condo with Indoor Pool by Dollywood!

  : The location was great and quiet.
  : Communication & cleanliness needs to be better.We were looking forward to the pool and that was the first thing my 3 children wanted to do when we got there was go check out the pool only to find it completely empty. We were made aware the hot tub was closed for maintenance but not the pool. It was a big disappointment for them. Had we known the pool was also closed we would have chosen somewhere else to stay. My original email to our contact inquiring about it being closed was unanswered. I had to send another to get a response. Then I sent another about something else and never received a response. She was also supposed to be in contact with the office to have my son's phone shipped to us that he left and she never did so I contacted them myself and made a trip back to pick it up.One of the night stands was dirty and sticky from a spilt drink. There was food left from someone else, one of the cabinets had a liquor bottle with liquor still in it. The floors need a good cleaning. My children took a bath then right after their feet were disgusting and black from walking across the floors. The kitchen cabinets were also very unorganized. Dishes from the previous stay were still in the dishwasher and still had food on them. Hard to settle in and relax (as the emails stated "we know you'll be able to settle in and relax") when cleaning needs to be done behind someone to be able to do that.

  : The location was close to everything but still far enough off to really enjoy the quiet.

  : The location of the property was great. It is a very quiet, early to bed condo. Very large floor plan with a private balcony off the living room was very nice. Parking was easy and the area felt very safe.
  : The apartment was a little musty, the bathrooms had a urine smell and the master bed mattress cover had stains all over that we did not notice until we stripped the beds to leave. The unit could have been a little cleaner upon arrival.

  : All ceiling fans need attention, condo needs complete updating, bathtub in master is difficult to take shower in (tub surround protrudes into shower area) very difficult for large or tall person to shower). Pool is not accessible for handicapped ( over 10 steps to access pool ) Step up getting into condo, handicap scooter will not go in. towel rods pulled out of wall and master shower faucet handle fell off.

  : The location was excellent. There is plenty of room inside the condo for our family. The indoor pool was great in the evenings.
  : The beds had dirt in them and the counters were dirty throughout the condo. Our last night, water from the condo above us poured into the bed my mother was sleeping in from the light fixture. We found water coming from the light fixtures in both bathrooms as well.

  : The location was handy, convenient.
  : Unclean for one, no wifi information, couldn't make contact with Ruth the host, and last but certainly not least ROACHES--FULLY GROWN AND BABIES CRAWLING ON THE COUNTERS, FLOORS, WALLS IT WAS DISGUSTING! I sent Evolve an email they said they would turn it over to resolution team and they'd contact me, they haven't so far. This was our first trip to the Shades show and we were so excited to be here, our car actually won an award, if we could've found other accommodations we would've left here. If I find any roaches in anything when I get home they'll be held responsible.

  : Floor was not clean, trash under beds, towels were stained, fixtures in bathroom were not good, poor internet service very slow, could not get on anything. Coffee pot not working.

  : The floors were so dirty it turned my kids feet black. So we just wore shoes the whole time

  : The property is at the end of a road up the mountain so for the most part it was peaceful
  : We killed multiple bugs (roaches) in the condo. The “queen” bed in the master was not a queen and was super uncomfortable. We had to hear our upstairs neighbors every time they walked. My husband also thinks he left his wedding band in the condo when we checked out. We were already hours away when he realized it. I emailed Ruth who was our “contact”, she has yet to respond to the 3 messages I sent her about it.
