  : the viwe to the main street all the rooms no good viws plus the pool too small ,front to the street you feel swiming in the street no privacy , and the price it's not fair couse it look like motel more, I didn't stay there I got a great hotel with same price better viwe at the same day

  : Breakfast was good but there was not much selection especially for kids.the rooms where clean and staff was helpfull and polite.the pools where clean and well maintained.
  : Beds was not comfortable.was not close to alot of attractions but did have a few attractions close and some good restaurants colse by.i did not like shared balcony.

  : leaving at 11am wish it was like 2pm and pool and hot tub being open 24hrs would be great

  : The cost was decent for the time of year I suppose ? Front desk staff was cordial.
  : The room we stayed in was crowded , with a large table a sitting chair that looked quite dirty and a floor lamp all on the balcony side of the room. The shower didnt work properly and the plastic chairs on the balcony were busted.The air conditioner ran poorly in cooling such a small room, however the heat on the balcony from it ( the air conditioner) would smother / sweat you do death . Inside pool area was terribly humid and quite small ( so overcrowded) I felt like with such small pool area's that the property should have been more attentive with treating and cleaning these areas. We also experienced a mosquito " raid " in the outside pool area . Never saw staff in these area's until they showed up to close down the outside pool around 10 ( ish ) PMProbably would not stay again, atleast Not in these (2 queen beds with balcony rooms) if at all. Old along with outdated is/ was my Impression.I am sure this type hotel is great if you are going to Pigeon Forge specifically for the "rod run's "But Definitely Not for Leisurely Stays.
