  : Very nice aesthetically. Room was of decent size. Love how a hotel keycard is required for entry after hours and to get up the elevator. Feels safe and secure inside.
  : Even when the do not disturb plaquard was off door, housekeeping did not come in once during the 4 night stay. Had to retrieve own towels and toilet paper from front desk as needed. Trash was never taken out. Seen them just a few rooms down and we were present In the room at the time, never even received a knock, just didn't bother with our room. There was also a small potential water leak coming up between the linoleum floor that I notified the desk associate of during stay. When using a towel to clean the wet area on the floor, the towel came up incredibly dingy and dirty, indicating to me that the linoleum was not mopped adequately. Nextly, which isn't necessarily any fault of the hotel, surrounding areas of the city smelled of urine and had many homeless/quite rude begging people around. This made the security of the hotel after hours even more important feeling to me.

  : The attitude of the front desk, especially at check in no information given and when I complained, their attitude was, in effect,'tough'. Rooms were only cleaned on request. Although this x wasn't made clear. I had to ask for breakfast vouchers rather than being given them automatically. I then like at previous reviews to find attitude of front desk is a recurrent issue

  : The location is perfect, very walkable area of the city. Market Square has a lot of bars, restaurants, and attractions. You can easily walk to PNC Park and North shore. The bathroom was clean and the shower had great water pressure. The employees of the hotel and restaurant are very accommodating and friendly.
  : The parking situation was very difficult. The street was blocked off during our stay due to Picklesburgh so trying to get in and out of the garage was stressful. There were barricades and constant streams of people walking while we were getting in and out as there is only one entrance and exit. The spaces in the garage are very tight so its challenging to maneuver with suitcases and bags. This is not the hotel's fault as the hotel does not own the parking garage but it was worth mentioning.We stayed in a junior suite, which was stated to fit 5 individuals, 4 adults and 1 child. There was one king size bed, where our friends and their daughter slept. My husband and I slept on the pull out sofa bed which was beyond atrocious. The couch was very worn, with many tears and frays. The pull out "bed" was a single bed, barely bordering on twin size, which was just a cot with springs and no cushion. It was covered by a fitted sheet which we couldn't tell for sure if it had been changed. My husband and I are both side sleepers so we tried to make it work but it was an awful 2 nights sleep. The sides of my back are sore from having to lie on the bedframe. Not exactly what I expected from a room that cost 542 a night. The living area was very large so it's not as if a bigger couch with a full or queen mattress would have eclipsed the room. The AC was also malfunctioning so the room was constantly cold, but the thermostat read 76 degrees. It felt defeating to ask to be moved as the hotel was completely sold out due to the Phillies/Pirates series, an Anime convention, wedding, and Picklesburgh events that weekend. The hotel could desperately use a face lift and new furniture and if you go with friends, just book 2 rooms, don't subject yourself to a pull out couch.

  : It was easy to get to and from the convention center, while staying here. I was surprised by the convenience of local restaurants within walking distance (not to mention the coffee shops within a 1 minute walk).
  : I wasn't aware of the festival going on at the same time which made the area and parking garage more crowded. Because of this, it also made the wait time for elevators a bit longer.
