  : We have been going to this hotel for a long time but this time there was big changes and I only found out that new owners had taking it over. I was very disappointed in the way it was run. Wont be going back there. Very sad when it was a good hotel. Charlie,

  : We asked to have our room changed which was not a problem, had a lovely sea view
  : The canteen style restaurant could do with tablecloths and a few plants scattered around Food was overcooked especially the meats, vegetables were mushy, Breakfast cereals were not topped up when empty, Went into town for a few meals

  : Clean, Modern, Good facilities, great breakfast buffet
  : Evening buffet a bit limited in main course choices. Restaurant is a bit like a work canteen in its layout and atmosphere but caters for a lot of people so probably unavoidable.

  : Lovely big apartment. Comfortable beds. Clean pools and comfortable sun loungers. Pool towels provided and can be swapped for clean ones. Book swap area.
  : The swimming pool plant was beneath our row of apartment (ours was No. 65) and the noise made it impossible to sleep. It was so loud that it sounded like it was going to explode. No washing up liquid, tea towels etc in kitchen and no bowls!

  : We had been told by email that the dress code for dinner was long trousers. Many men turned up in grubby shorts and flip flops and nothing was said also the rules were no reserving sun loungers with towels but most around the pool had towels on before breakfast. I felt like chucking them all in the pool. I did not think the food choice at dinner rated a 4 star hotel.

  : Needed a larger hot food counter. Didn't like queuing for food. Cold by yhe time upu sat down.

  : Overall environment attractive and relaxing. Very good range of resources, gym, spa sports etc, everything well organised and pristine. Food generally excellent, with Spanish emphasis, huge range of cold platters, but see below.
  : Overcooked vegetables. Shower area in bath needs an additional handhold.

  : It offered everything we needed. Two good pools neither ever busy. Lots of sunbeds. We stayed in the family area so there were children playing in the pool in the pm but the balcony got nice evening sun. Staff were so helpful. It was a lovely walk down the paved coast path to the marina which has great shops and restaurants and is very attractive. Its out of the hussle of the centre but easy to walk there. The walk to papagayo beaches was stunning but not for the unfit. Fabulous restaurant on cliff tops. Hired a car, lots of parking. The beds and pillows were comfortable. The room was actually a suite w small kitchen. Plenty of food choices, not haute cuisine but adequate. Its very resonanly priced to include breakfast and dinner.
  : The dining room is completely souless. If you can get a table outside its not so institutional. It has no view and is depressing.
