  : Very untidy: cleaning of floors had not been done. One of the beds was broken. Somewhat poor kitchenware (but kitchen as such rather functional).

  : The apartment was very nice. The view was the best!!!The big bed was comfortable.The shower was great.The kitchen had everything you needed.The WiFi worked great,but not in the bedroom.
  : There was no salt, pepper, oil or anything.Although there was a washing machine there was no laundry detergent.

  : Very let down place. Dirty pool, holes in umbrellas around the pool, ambrellas gliding down on the head, almost a health and safety issue here. The apartment looks like the host doesn't care about it at all. I stayed in many places around Playa Del Ingls, and I don't have high expectations. However, this place was beyond bad. The bathroom door wasn't closing properly, holes in floor tiles, rust, and dirt. The electricity was going down while using the kettle. The lighting was so poor that I had the feeling I was leaving in a cellar. The rooms are very small. The 2 bedroom appointment is not suitable for 4 people. There was not even a 1 plug in the room. I booked the 2 bedroom apartment for 3 people, but just before arrival, I asked the host to change the booking to 4 people (same apartment). She immediately asked for a payment of 120 euros. I looked at booking.com, and the difference between 3 or 4 people occupation was about 50 euros in the highest season.Very greedy and not an honest host.
