  : Good location and nice staff. Pool areas quiet.
  : Bedsheets werent changed in 10 nights. Clean bed sheets were just hung on the door for me to change them myself. Room was not cleaned. Dials on microwave had been rubbed off so unsure how to work it. Balcony door or window did not lock. No soundproofing - upstairs constantly playing loud music and dragging furniture around. Next door also playing loud music at 5am so had to sleep on sofa.

  : Sylvia met us upon arrival, was really helpful and got us sorted quickly. Its a very quiet location but close to all the amenities we needed. The pool was practically private to us all week. There is no bar or catering on site but shops only across the street.
  : The beds were pretty hard, but perfectly fine.

  : Good location. It was 5 mins walk to the nearest promenade/beach, but the promenade is high up and lots of steps to go down/up from the beach. 10 mins walk to the point where there is a lift half way down. the best thing about the location was that it was right beside the main bus route, so it was very easy to get direct buses to other parts of the island. The hosts were quite friendly and helpful. It was a quiet area.
  : We had booked a sea view room. The description of the apartment on booking.com said terrace with sea views. we got a ground floor room with pool view, fence view and mountains on the side. The hosts said it was a mistake by booking.com about the description and there was nothing they could do. So it was a very disappointing start to the holiday. The sofa and beds were not very comfortable. The hot water didn't come for very long so had to have quick showers. couldn't use more than 1 appliance at a time in the kitchen or the fuse would trip. No one came to clean the rooms for the duration of our stay, even when i put out the sign saying 'please clean'. Fresh towels were given every 3 days but that was all.

  : Good place for staying in playa del ingles. Free parking spots available on street (at least in November when the city seems not to be that crowded), spacious apartments, old furniture and but clean and good for the price

  : The property was very clean - Silvia was really friendly and helpful It was ideal location steps form the beach supermarkets restaurants and bar all nearby The apartments were quiet

  : The hosts Juan and Silvia were very kind and attentive. The place was very clean and the communal areas were well kept. I liked how close we were to the beach and how easy the transfer to the airport was from the hotel. Other reviews say the beds are uncomfortable but we actually liked how firm the mattresses were! We found them comfortable.
  : Although everything was clean, the furniture is very very old, and some pieces could do with and update like the sofa that was very uncomfortable or the beds/bed sheets. That were clean but with old stains which is not very pleasant. The area in general is busy and noisy specially on the weekends. Some neighbours were very noisy too, playing loud music every day.
