  : Lovely spot 2 mins from the beach at low tide 5 mins at high, with a great Italian style restaurant.
  : The room was a bit snug and the window opened up to the rear of the property, and at night staff having their cigarette/break could be heard from the room. We were in bed early following a busy day and this kept us awake. The rooms at the front were stunning with balcony views of the surfers and the beach.

  : All of the food here is exceptional. They seemed to have more well known amongst the locals for the restaurant (The Atlantic) rather than the hotel (Polzeath Beach House), and you can tell why when you eat here! The hotel service was great - lovely room, staff were accommodating for extra facilities (I got an iron and ironing board), excellent cleaning - but the food is outstanding! We struggled to find a place to eat one night, and their restaurant was fully booked, but we mentioned that we're hotel guests and they let us eat dinner in the beautiful lounge area.The location is also unbeatable, right on the beach (which also means a lovely view during breakfast).
  : I wish breakfast started earlier, preferably 7:30am for me (it was 8:30am-10am), to better suit our morning plans. I also wish there were more breakfast options, as you had to choose one of the 6 hot meals available, and although they were all exceptional, we would've loved a buffet option (e.g., for cold breakfasts like cereals; pastries).
