  : Fantastic location a short walk from Polzeath beach but very quiet and peaceful. Lots of space for the two of us but I think 5 or 6 people would struggle to fit comfortably in. We found it warm and didn't really need the storage heaters although the October weather was good. Excellent Wifi and smart TV was nice.
  : The cooker hood was broken and wasn't able to be replaced during our stay. The TV snug was the coldest room and there wasn't a TV in the bedroom which would have been nice. The TV in the lounge was tiny so we swapped them over as this was the nicest room to sit in.

  : Superb location, very comfortable beds and quite a lot of space in the property. The cooking facilities were excellent and everything worked well. The rooms are nice and warm with a fire to boost the temperature if needed.
  : The TV in the lounge is far too small, we had to move the one from the snug into the lounge. It would be nice to have a TV in the large bedroom for breakfast TV and coffee in bed! It would be quite cramped with 4-6 people in it as the lounge is quite small.

  : well situated, clean and comfortable.would have been nice if fans were provided as bedrooms were extremely hot at night especially loft room. otherwise a perfect family stay , near to a great beach and local shops.

  : Location is perfect, very close to the coastal path and an easy walk to Polzeath beach. Very comfortable for two people with lots of space.
  : The main bedroom needs a TV and the lounge should have a large screen TV too. We didn't use the snug as it's too far away from the kitchen and isolated. It would be a tight fit with 5/6 people. Decoration could be updated in places.
