  : No service of rooms at all. Replacement items such as dry towels had to be found by guests. We booked a room with full kitchen but found no cutlery, crockery etc in the room on check-in. Only one washing machine was working in the guest laundry.

  : Well located right off the highway. The staff were very pleasant and professional.
  : The facilities are tired and in need of an update. Due to the long weekend the hotel jacked up its rates. The room was not worth the $450 we had to pay.

  : Room had terrible musty smell; half of living room rug was soaked (apparently from the A/C unit); there appeared to be mold around the 2 sprinklers in the ceiling of the bedroom; the bedroom door (separating it from the living room) was too large -- hit the wall -- so it could not be closed. We asked to be moved to a different room, even saying that we would take a smaller (cheaper room) and were told nothing was available by very rude front-desk staff. We were told to "deal with Booking" since we reserved through Booking.com. We called Booking.com, who called the property on our behalf, and they were also treated rudely by the property and told to wait to speak with the manager. When we tried to speak with the manager, a different front desk person gave us a key card for another room. The original person refused to look at us and acknowledge that they lied about the hotel being fully booked. We may never go to any Best Western Plus again.

  : The manager had lousy attitude and was somewhat dismissive. I walked into the front desk area when he was training a new employee. I could hear him but he was not able to see me coming. He said " I want you bond with the guests ...but don't let them push
