  : I liked the location. The hotel is clean. I requested a daily room make up, so at least this point was good. The swimming pool and the gym were nice. The breakfast is as expected in the hotel group.
  : There are a few things that I wasn't really comfortable with. Although it says on the room description that the room capacity is enough for three or four but the closet capacity, the electricity outlets and the nightstand and the bathroom capacity are all designed for two people only. There is no place even for the coffee maker, it was put almost behind the TV. Yes, I didn't like the room design.We weren't able to get the room until 2:59PM which is ridiculous because I have been to this hotel group before, and it's the first time happening, especially when I mentioned in the booking notes beforehand that we will be arriving around 12:30PM . Yes, one might argue that it is the official check-in time but our checking in time was delayed intentionally. we have arrived to the hotel around 12PM, they told the room is not ready, I said fine, we went for lunch then we came back after two hours. I asked again, they said it is not ready yet. What was going for three hours? (the check out is at 11, we arrived at 12, then at 2PM). No one can convince me that they couldn't make up a room for three hours!!!!! The receptionists did not show respect. I have been traveling around the world all my life, so I have seen it all, therefore, it was so easy to recognize lying when I see one. I didn't like this kind of treatment.

  : Our room was wonderful. It was spacious and clean. We were very pleased once we were able to check in.
  : We were not able to check in until almost an hour after check-in time. The front desk was going to text us when our room was ready and they never did. After a long day of traveling, we had hoped to have a space to relax before our events on Sunday night however that was not the case. Additionally, not having a restaurant or bar area was also very inconvenient as we would have waited there until our room was ready. We were able to find a parking spot and went to downtown Portsmouth to wait.
