  : We were running late, checking out because my grandson had been up sick all night. The cleaning lady barged into the room and was yelling at my family to get out get out now and then she proceeded to pick up our belongings and set them outside on the sidewalk.  she prop the door open and begin cleaning the room before we could even get out of it. When I checked in, I declared my dogs and paid the fees for them to stay.  one week after we checked out I got a phone call from the manager stating that I left a cat in the room and the cat had been in there for a week and pooped all over the room. I do not own a cat. I have never owned a cat but they felt the need to charge my credit card $100 for damages from a cat that I never owned. There were cockroaches and the room smelled musty, and the carpet was stained and dirty. my granddaughter was in the room without her shoes and her socks turned black. Staff was very rude!!

  : Bathtub shower knob was loose hard to adjust water temperature. Bathroom door needs replacing missing pieces of wood found a couple of bugs crawling in furniture possibly coming through gap underneathDoor coming into room.
