  : Clean and on ground floor in a beautiful building.
  : The late charge is hidden away in terms and conditions. Only found out when I turned up just gone 8pm to find the extra cost. Because of that I won’t use again.

  : The location is just perfect! There´s great bars in the neighbourhood, especially if you like jazz I highly recommend the Jazz Docks, just less than 5 min walking.At the end of the road you will find Café Savoy. Amazing place! And you will find loads of places to eat too at great prices...The area has a Tesco Express, cash machines and trams to everywhere. Not a tourist area (well, it´s November...)
  : The kitchen. There was just 1 wine glass... Should have little things, especially for whom that will just stay a few days.What could be better»? A coffee machine! We had to improvise with a tea pot.. I would pay an extra fee to get things like black pepper, olive oil, ..., or even better, some capsules for a Nespresso Machine, for example... or a bottle of Prosecco.I´m sure this little things are really cheap but can avoid to waste time finding it... But this is just a suggestion, not a critic.

  : Good and quiet position, overall clean apartment, nice building.
  : The host:- made us pay 15€ for late check in (was not written anywhere)- when we arrived we asked for suggestion on where to eat/drink something and he said “I don’t know you should google it”- the next day we texted him to know if there was a hair dryer and never got a replyThe room: - the window was not very safe- no shower mat- no hanger to keep shower lotions and shampoo inside the shower

  : We booked the basement apartment based on the beautiful exposed brick picture, however we got the other basement apartment which was plain. Facilities were great though, no view obviously but still a window for natural light.
  : The issue we had is we gave 6 hours notice of our time of arrival and we were kept waiting for 40 minutes in the dark, in the rain with our suitcases. Poor communication meant we didn’t know what was happening and we given the poor excuse of ‘traffic’ when he finally arrived. Very poor start to what turned out to be a good weekend!

  : Excellent located. Nice little Cafés around the corner. The Moldau was within 5min walking distance and you could easily walk into the historic old town and to the Prague Castle.
  : It was okay but the Appartement in the basement is quite standard, not as hip as the brickstonewalled Apartments in the pictures. Unfortunatelly there was no hairdryer as it said in the advertisement. Maybe someone took it from the place.The bed which was an unfolded Couch was a nightmare. Quite comfy if you would not move but if you were just waving your little toe it would start making loud noise that one will wake up. Please fix this since it is a very nice overall apartment for a short term stay.

  : More or less modern design. You will find almost all you would need during short trip.
  : We don’t like the fact that we overpaid for the apartment, because it was offered to us to pay in CZ when we came to the place, but the price was fixed in Euro, and the rate was calculated manually at the high rate. And we came 40 min after 8 pm, because our flight has been delayed, and only three officers were on passport control, and we has been fined (charged) for additional 15€. And nobody is waiting for you. You need to call and wait for the keys. It was the first unpleasant fact.The second is the apartment placed in cellar, and two small windows are on the ground near a road. We could not sleep at all.

  : Good price, comfortable and clean
  : The shower was overflowing which it was slightly disgusting as the water accumulated on your feet and we have to used towels to stops the water coming out of the shower
