  : Staff not very friendly. And I was accused of not paying for a breakfast in front of a full lobby. When I proved them wrong I had to ask for an apology. The apology I got was less than satisfactory. The embarrassment I suffered will last a long time. I sent an email which has not been replied to as yet.

  : Modern interior, comfortable bed, nice patio in breakfast room. Location: walking distance to Petn and Mal Strana.
  : I am not sure why this hotel is counted as 4* hotel. There is no restaurant, only breakfast room and little bar in the lobby. As in many other hotels specifically in Prague, I was asked to pay everything in advance (and not at checkout as standard anywhere else), although they had my credit card details from the reservation. This building seems to be a reconstruction of residential building, so the spaces and rooms look bit different from standard hotels. My room in -1 floor was bit dark and cold (even during warm late summer day) and located just by the breakfast room. Therefore it was quite noisy in the morning. At the checkout I was told that the invoice will be sent to me by email. On the 2nd day I have received 3 emails from strange unknown email address booking@pregroup.eu, without having affiliation to the hotel name and guest name, with attached file in HTM format (not in usual PDF format). These emails looked really suspicious like phishing emails and I was hesitating to open them another 2 days. Finally the files really contained relevant invoices, but this HTM format is not accepted by accounting systems in my country and not accepted by tax authorities (I was in Prague for business, so I needed correctly issued formal invoice.). I have chosen this hotel in a short notice, as other hotels which I usually use in Prague, were fully booked.
