: New apartment with good furniture and aircon. Nice big pool at the back. Roof veranda ideal for night drinks. Walking distance to Fig Tree Bay beach. Very responsive host (Victoria).
: One of the 4 bedrooms is in the basement with its own separate entrance - and is a bit humid (aircon didn't work as well there). Apartment is next to an open-air events hall, and we had two nights (during the week we stayed) of loud music until 12:30ish. Would have been useful to disclose this info and also include material in the welcome pack on recycling.

: Very clean, modern house. Fantastic location, pool was clean and amazing. Great rooftop with sea view although we didnt use it as we were always by the pool! Victoria was very helpful :)
: The property was advertised as four bedrooms, but the fourth bedroom was separate from the rest of the house (had to go outside to get there), had no bathroom close by and there were no windows to air the room out.

: Location was perfect. 2mins from main strip, shops etc 5mins from the beach. Villa was spacious and modern.
: Basement bedroom was totally separate from main villa. No blind on the door. No proper wardrobe, or enogh space to hang clothes, no mirror, although staff came and put a mirror in the bathroom on day 2. We just used it to sleep in.

: Figtree villa residence 3 was easy to find, and it was spotlessly clean. Located extremely close to restaurants and bars, and the beach was only a short 6 minute stroll down the hill.Our rep, Victoria, from myexclusivevillas was amazing. she was so friendly and very helpful, she arranged for a replacement sunlounger within hours of our arrival as a wooden spar was damaged on one of the beds. Victoria also managed to provide a large grill for the outside bbq and also replaced the toaster as the original one kept tripping the electricity in the entire villa. We were due to check out at 11 a.m., However Victoria permitted our party to stay until 5 pm, which was absolutely amazing as our flight wasn't due to depart Cyprus until 10pm. Victoria is one of the best reps I've ever had the pleasure of meeting!Very relaxing holiday
: The only downside was that the 4th bedroom ehuch had separate access from the villa, and sadly, the room had no windows. Therefore, it felt rather claustrophobic. There wasn't sufficient space to hang clothes for two people. Not suitable for children or elderly guests, perhaps more suited to only 1 adult or teenagers.
