  : We wasn't sure what to expect from the reviews we have read but we got back from Blue sea yesterday and we had a wonderful time.Will start with the rooms, they are as people say dated but that didn't matter to us, they was spacious (this is an understatement) clean (cleaned every day) had everything you needed.Down side the Aircon wasn't the best but we found if you put any card in the slot the Aircon will stay on all day so we ended up using a library card lol.Food:Was plentiful and loads of variety (something for all our party) not 5 star but what do you expect from a buffet all inclusive, we certainly did not go hungry.Pool:Decent pools, you do have to put your towel down early to get a sunbed otherwise you will be stuck with nothing to sit on.Pool is cleaned every day.Animation staff put music on and do aqua aerobics and water Polo.One thing we was not happy about was the choice of music was really bad in terms of swearing and sexual content when the is children around (some content extremely explicit).Evening entertainment:Something on every night (not very catered towards British tourists). You have to get there early to get a seat.Staff:All really friendly can't fault themLocation:Decent in terms of shops but not near a beach.All in all we would go back

  : The food was very similar every day. Some days, I was struggling to find what to eat. The pool was not cleaned, and I could feel the sand at the bottom of the pool. Very outdated rooms, beds are not comfortable. Air conditioning was not working properly.

  : Room was spacious, clean, pool large enough, couple of staff polite
  : No iron in room when asking for one we were directed to a laundrette, the single bed solid asked for a room for three people which included our 3 year old he couldn't sleep on it our backs hurt. The entertainment very poor, felt like we was in a care home music didn't come on till late, no entertainment our son was fed up waiting for the kids music which eventually came on at 8.45pm which was past his bedtime. About three other kids running round only thing they got out of it was face painted. No daytime entertainment for our son which was advertised online kids club started at age 4. Some of the staff where rude we went to check in an a customer pushed infront of us clearly seeing we had a tierd baby waiting to go to bed the reception team left the people who where in the middle of checking in to attend to the one who pushed in ignoring us aswell. The breakfast was appalling no English options we ate bread rolls every morning and each day the buffet become less an less options. My partner seen insects round the coffee stand which suggests they could have been around the food areas too. We had to buy cereal for our 3 year old as the options in hotel where bad. The pools outside where ice cold I know it gets hot outside during the day but the baby pool was freezing even for us adults to step in. The indoor pool wasn't very inviting we felt out of place being in there on our own with nothing but a pool an one of lifeguard. The hotel is run down needs abit of life putting into in more music during the day, pool activities get the people up an moving, food needs to be so much better.
