  : Very clean. Comfortable beds. Nice view of mount Teide.
  : The man in charge of the dining room was a jobsworth & clearly took great delight in slapping a bill for drinks down on guests tables. There had been NO mention of half board guests having to pay for drinks when we checked in. His manner was rude & confrontational. 6 for two small glasses of coke! So much noise at night from other guests, people outside, & the loud music from the bar opposite. The food was a bit hit & miss. Freezing cold pool.

  : Good value for money. Breakfast was good as well. As BlueSea guests we had access to the pools from other 2 hotels in the same group and to the gym as well. Wifi was ok, rooms were clean. Very helpful staff- we had an issue with our room door which was not closing and they helped us to solve this very quick. great view to the Mountain and good location. Not closed to the ocean but there is buss from hotel to the coast which is free.

  : 1.) Hotel expects guests to wear a plastic tag round their wrists to be able to use restaurant. This tag can only be removed using scissors. We refused 2.)No telephone in room to call reception.3.)On check-in we were not told that the room safe had a charge of 3 Euros a day , which is not a problem but because there is no phone in the room, had to walk back to reception to get a key to enable the electronic lock.To get the key had to pay the fee in advance plus a deposit of 10 Euros for the key in Cash. Receptionist (Alicia) refused to accept payment for the deposit by debit card so had to get cash from the cash machine located outside the hotel front door. It was raining! She also said that I would need cash anyway to use the hotel bar. The cash machine charges a 5 % fee. We never used the hotel bar because of this but there are plenty nearby. However, to have a drink it seems that you also need to put another cash deposit on a plastic glass!4)Small refrigerator in the room but no welcome bottle of water in it. Not a problem because the tap water tastes OK but there were no glasses in our room to drink water from!Asked the room service maid for a glass but she informed us that most people used their plastic glasses from the pool!5.)Room (No. 618) was super noisy until 02:00 am from a bar/club across the road. This club is in another hotel owned by Interpalace.6.)The ceiling of Room 519 had large cracks from previous water damage and looked insecure.7.) No toiletries (shampoo, conditioner) in the bathroom - only extremely cheap soap in dispensers in the shower.8.)Towels provided were thread-bare and very small.9.) Neighbouring rooms both had guests who smoked on their balconies which is, apparently, allowed by the hotel! We need to keep our balcony door shut all the time10.) Not enough electrical sockets and no USB chargers.11.) TV remote batteries were deadwe replaced them!12.)Breakfasts were adequate and most staff friendly and accommodating.

  : The fact that one has to pay additionally for a safe in their room. It's so unclassy. Food should be of better quality for a 4 star hotel.

  : Everything was amazing, the pool and restaurants were nice, staff in restaurants were exceptional
  : The accommodation staff was the only negative part with constantly leaving less towels than we needed and only changing the bedding once in 10 days we have stayed there even though we had please service this room sign on the door multiple times

  : This hotel is excellent for a holiday stay in La Paz, Puerto De La Cruz. The food is decent, the rooms are a good size, the pools and the gardens are very nice to lounge in.
  : There was a problem with security and the customer services were not up to scratch in relation to the serious incident. I'd have given a 10 for this visit if I had received a response to our requests for assurances that the hotel would endeavour to protect the guests from being burgled. Due to the new laws about air conditioning in Spain, folks are leaving windows and doors open at night. We were on the first floor and the burgular had to climb across two balconies to rob us of our passport, phone, money and personal possessions. The other two rooms were easier to rob. The hotel has not warned guests of the regular break-ins going on at this hotel. The hotel should be giving safes for free to all those on the ground floor and tell guests to make sure they secure all their possessions and be aware that leaving a balcony door open at night, makes it easy for thieves to break in and potentially ruin thei holiday.
