  : Comfortable bed, good soundproofing
  : I didn't like being given a room which clearly had been occupied (and possibly still was tho' empty) and having to go back down to reception for them to allocate a different room. Having had the room changed I didn't like the complete stranger trying to gain access into the room at midnight. Just as well I had put the door guard on the room door. I didn't like the initial reaction I got from reception when I complained about the unauthorised entry; seemed quite blase' about the situation. Although having called the manager who was very polite and understanding (and who gave me a discount on their extortionate room rate for the inconvenience) I didn't like that she did not get back to me as promised on why my room had been breached). Advice to others thinking about staying; check reviews carefully, it seems I am not the only guest who has had this major security issue.

  : Clean and nice location to the airport. The shuttle bus staff members were nice and helpful.
  : No bottled water in the room is really surprising for over $300 a night.
