  : very well located "flat", all the commodities in the appartment, there is even coffee and tea in large quantity if needed, great shower amenities that smell delicious, staff were kind enough to help us over the phone to grab our key in the box as it appeared stucked a little when arriving (for those who are not used to travel to iceland, most of the places are in self checkin) parking spot as well available at the front of the building
  : no big issue but some problems with water leaking in the shower, hard time using the head shower thus only used the top shower :)

  : The studio apartment is advertised to have a private parking space but it doesn't. When I enquired about it, I was messaged to park on the street if all the hotel parking spaces were taken. We had to find a parking space on the street.The description also states that there is 24/7 front desk. No one is actually on site. The room key we were provided didn't work and we had to wait 45 minutes for someone to show up and change it (when we were told to wait on site as someone would be with us within 10-15 minutes). When the manager finally showed up he was very rude, he laughed at me and said that he couldn't be there any sooner as he hadn't learned to fly yet. Appalling costumer service.The hotel is 10-15 minutes from the city centre, as other reviews state, but it's in a very dodgy area. We saw a fight between 2 men right in front of the entrance of the hotel. One of the men had a metal baseball bat and the other a crow bar, unbelievable. The police was later on the scene.I would definitely NOT recommend this hotel.

  : The studio was really well laid out, and plenty of room for two of us coming back in an evening. The cooking facilities were really useful and there was plenty of cutlery and utensils to cook with, and plenty of room in the fridge freezer. The bathroom was well sized and clean, and the shower gel/hand wash that was provided smelled amazing
  : The room was obviously cleaned several times when we were there, but the floor wasn't swept or hoovered. We unfortunately bought in a lot of gravel on our shoes, which was in there for the whole stay. Just a small thing but we wouldn't have minded doing it ourselves if there had been a brush etc in the studio.
