  : A massive apartment in the centre of town,Close to restaurants and supermarket. Comfortable beds and a hot shower. The apartment has all you need for a long or short stay. Would book again.
  : The only minor issue was that we could have done with a few more plates and cutlery.

  : The apartment is very spacious and has all the amenities to sleep, eat, clean and do laundry. There is free parking in the back which is convenient for us who rented a car. The location was very close to all the attractions to see in Reykjavik. Overall, we enjoyed our stay in this apartment.
  : Just a few minor issues that we had. The apartment had a few lights that were not working (one was in the entryway where you come in and another was in the laundry room and one in the bathroom was flickering). The garbage room which you dispose your garbage separates by black, green, blue and brown was a mess. I'm sure it was due to holiday that noone collected it.

  : This is a large apartment in an excellent location. Its roughly a 20min walk into city centre, and just across the road from the Hlemmur bus station and food hall, which is well worth a dinner visit. Also there is a local mini supermarket 5min walk. There is a balcony and you can see a bit of the bay and mountains in the background. Kitchen is well equipped, and there is a washing machine and tumble dryer in the large utility room. Large bathroom with an excellent shower. Large living room with comfy seating. Would recommend for a family trip. Key collection was from a key lock by the front door. There is also a lift up to the apartment - turn right after entering the front door of the main building. Shampoo & conditioner is supplied - very helpful. Also its only a 5min walk to bus stop nos 12 (next to the Fosshotel) where a lot of the tours leave Reykjavik.
  : One of the bedrooms has a squeaky door. There is some traffic noise but its a city centre location, so expected.

  : Loved the location and the layout of the apartment.
  : We requested multiple times, starting more than a week before our arrival, an early check-in. We never heard back. Then, when we did arrive, the place had not been cleaned and a cleaning person did not show up until around 5 or 6pm (a couple of hours after normal check-in time). By then, we had already cleaned the place, changed the sheets from the beds and placed them in the laundry ourselves.

  : Very large and spacious apartment, walking distance to centre
  : Check in was problematic. Had to contact them a couple of times as the key was not there.I didnt like the long list of hefty fines, if any pots were not washed, or rubbish taken out. Very over the top!
