  : Location is great!
  : The hotel staff didnt heated cold water in the swimming pool after my asking. The water was cold. The sauna was underheated and, most importantly, the hotel charged my stay twice and takes the money from my card. I've been trying to get it back for a month, and the hotel is deceiving me and promising to refund the money, but it doesn't. I report the matter to the police.

  : Arrived @ 13 40 and the Receptionist informed us that due to sudden illness among cleaning staff our room would not be available until 15.00. We were offered to leave our suitcases in a "safe room" behind the reception desk and we then went for a walk. Upon our return no one was visible in the reception area and we could just have walked away with our unattended suitcases. We rang a bell and after 5 minutes the Receptionist showed up explaining that our room would not be available before 16.00 - so we went for another walk. We came back @ 16.15 and the same story repeated. This time we were told to wait until 17.00 - so we had to do another walk. We came back @ 17.30 and were no longer surprised to learn that our room still wasn't ready. I informed the Receptionist that as we had pre advised the Hotel of our early arrival around 13.00 for this 2 night booking - this was not acceptable. The Receptionist then decided to give us another room on 3rd floor instead of the original room 115 on 1st floor which was written on the key card. Unfortunately, once I finally had the opportunity to use the toilet - no toilet paper had been left - so I had to use some Kleenex before returning to the Reception and search for the again missing Receptionist. I pressed the call button on the wall and to my surprise this resulted in a telephone (left on the reception desk) began ringing but obviously, as no staff was around to pick it up - I had to wait for about 3 minutes before the Receptionist returned as he was busy down in the Spa area. I kindly asked him to double check if the room we had been offered for our 2 nights stay was with toilet paper included or we would have to pay extra or buy it ourselves. He now looked a little bit stressed but after some searching around he managed to find 1 roll that I was offered.

  : We loved the spa and the little extras such as snacks. The breakfast was fabulous. We liked the relaxed atmosphere.
  : The size of the room. It was quite small for 4stars
