: Our host was really nice and welcomed us warmly. Also he texted us one day before and helped us with a parking spot.. Our room was nice and really clean. Location is awesome !!
: If you have heavy luggage as we did you need to be prepared to climb the stairs. The entry room smelled like a Desinfection room combined with cheese. walls are really thin and you hear everything from the neighbors

: + Friendliness of the owner/staff + Great location within the pedestrian street in the center of Riva del Garda
: + Rather high price for what's in it (a very basic B&B in the 3rd floor of a residential and commercial building) + Rather loud - due to noises from the outside as well as the neighboring rooms + Insufficient provision of soap, shower gel, etc.

Very Good

: its a home b&b. the host is friendly, makes bed every day. the location is perfect along the Main Street of the town, lots of restaurants around. The room has a queen bed and a single bed, a large table and coffee machine, large windows viewing the main street.
: The street is a bit noisy at night, the church clock rings at night too.No lift, need to take luggage up 3 storeys.

: The location was excellent, very central and 5-10 mins walking distance from everything. The location also provided an excellent view of the town.
: No warning that room was on 3rd floor with no lift. Bathroom was not attached to the room and we had to cross the public hallway at night to get to it. We were unsure if the bathroom was shared with other guests or not and staff were always present leading to feeling as though there was a lack of privacy. Aircon is not allowed to be left on when not in the room or their is a 20 euro fine. As it is on the third floor the room gets very hot through out the day - I would suggest incorporating the cost of leaving aircon on into the overall room price.

Disappointing
Traveller Type: Traveling as Couple
  : Good location
: The owner blamed us for something that the guest before us broke in the apartment, then he acted like he was so generous that he did not expects us to pay for it. He never said sorry. It was a very unpleasant moment in the otherwise great vacation.
