  : The location was great to get to local attractions. The washer and other appliances were very helpful and convenient.
  : When we showed up, the apartment was very nice to look at until we found different things hidden throughout the apartment. The first were the old used pizza boxes in the closest that were not thrown out from past occupants. Second, the floors had not been clean in a long time as they made our socks turn a dark grey. And lastly, the wifi that was included with the stay did not work and when we tried to reach them, they did not get the service fixed for the remainder of our stay.

  : Nice modern apartment in a great location. The hosts were very friendly and helpful when I needed their help.
  : The bed was quite firm so you might find it uncomfortable if you prefer a softer bed like me. The shower is poorly designed so the floor of the bathroom will flood sometimes.

  : The apartment is beautiful and very spacious, the location is the best possible in Rome, the neighborhood is beautiful and full of very nice restaurants and a walking distance from all of Rome's best attractions, we walked only everywhere not once we had to take a taxi or public transportation
  : 1 - The hot water in the flat operates on a storage basis which means that only a certain amount of hot water will be available at times, we were in 3 people and it is winter, after walking all day the last thing you want is to come home and have to rush in the shower otherwise others won't have hot water (as it takes over night for it to be filled again with hot water) we didn't know this on the first night so as the last to shower I couldn't as there was no hot water available, I was eventually informed about this as I messaged the hosts in the morning so for the other days we had to take quick showers to avoid the same from happening. 2 - We were in 3 people staying for 3 nights, only 2 toilet papers were left in the apartment which is not enough for the number of people and nights we were staying These are only developmental feedback to the property as they are very easy to fix and this is such a lovely place to stay, I would probably stay there again when I come back to Rome :)

  : I found the apartment very nice, comfortable and clean. The location in Via del Boschetto is at the heart of a lively area (Rione Monti) with typical Roman restaurants and bars. The staff was very responsive even if we interacted only via mobile. Reccomended!!!
