  : The room is spacious, with good facilities which is over my expectation. The host and his Philippino friend downstairs were very helpful and supportive. I would strongly recommend this place to my friends and I will stay at this place again if I ever travel to Rome.

  : I did not like the additional charges beyond the reservation /+ 94 euro for late check in ( 9:30pm) and city tax for 4 nights which you will find out after you pay for the room via booking. The price of the apartment does not match the service. 926 euro for 4 nights for two people. The stay was without cleaning servise and without breakfast. A benefit could be the size of the apartment, but you do not use it at all, because in real life after a day in the city you go straight to the bathroom and bedroom. The living room and kitchen is really unnecessary. The biggest minus is for the cleanliness of the shower. It definitely deserved more care.

  : Beautiful luxury apartment with nice interior, well equipped and at very good location. There are lots of small restaurants and cafes in the area, and also good public transportation. The host was also very kind and welcoming, would definitely come back again.
  : 1. Hygiene articles: there was no shampoo provided at the property, only soap; this is small thing, but annoying 2. Kitchen: there is a dishwasher, but no dishwasher tabs; at least 2-3 pieces should be left there to increase comfort. Also, all the cups were very dirty in the cupboard when we arrived, I think the previous tenant must have had the same problem 3. Cleanliness: the expensive stone/marble shower had some black fungus. This is a luxury apartment with amazing interior, which is otherwise very clean, these low effort things could be taken care of

  : this stay was very nice , very comfortable, had all utilities available for use and the area wasnt too far from main city attractions

  : The location, the host Alex who was very helpful and responsive, and the apartment itself which is very spacious and comfortable (two bedrooms and two separate bathrooms, very suitable for family). Althought it toook me quite a while to figure out the heating system of the apartment, in general it is very good, very close to my coworker, and not far away from main attrations in Rome as well.
  : There is no balcony or sunshine but it is more the problem of the main building (which is old), instead of the apartment itself.

  : It is a spacious apartment, located well within Rome. Windows could be darkened completely, letting us rest peacefully. Kitchen was well equipped, and it was clean overall.
  : While it is a delicate topic and unpleasant to talk about, but the host who gave us the keys smelled extremely awful, like a homeless person. After he showed us the apartment, we needed to ventilate for 20 minutes to get rid of the odor. He also did not take off his shoes while showing us the apartment, entering into every room with them on. Sofa in the living room was extremely uncomfortable, people could only sit on the dining chairs. The flat was very empty, so minimalistic which was too much even for someone who likes that, overall it had a sterile air. TV could not connect to the internet, so only local channels were available, no streaming. Water pressure in the showe was extremely low, the water just trickled, and also it took minutes before turning warm. Most of the windows are facing inner lightwells, not the street.
