  : The mini fridge was not working and had to be replaced. The bathroom was tiny and the shower cubicle was microscopic.Pillows were very uncomfortable.

  : The room was small, but cozy with a beautiful large window that we loved to sit in. The location was very central and we were able to easily walk to everything. Barbara was very friendly and helpful and kept the property extremely clean and tidy We enjoyed the music and street noise out our window.
  : The bathroom and shower were quite small and could be difficult for larger people The hotel is right across from the Pantheon, so can get very busy and loud. The bed was okay, but due for a newer mattress

  : The only plus is the location and friendly service, they leave luggage at the reception on the day of departure.
  : The internet was completely down and the GSM signal didn't work. Unfortunately, the rooms are not very clean and are very noisy. Shower beyond its useful life. I do not recommend this accommodation.

  : Barbara was responsive when we messaged, the room was clean with ample linens. Toilet paper and soap were replenished daily, and beds were made/trash removed every morning. There was a queen and twin sized bed in our room, Poseidon Room, which was good for our family traveling together. The location is immediately at the Pantheon, there are many restaurants and shops immediately downstairs. The architecture is lovely, ancient construction with unique decorations and they preserved the integrity of the hundreds-year-old building when upgrading it to modern standards. There is an elevator large enough for 2 people, and these rooms are on the 3rd floor, but the elevator is up a flight of stairs, so you need to be able to walk up stairs. The room had a small seating/table area which was nice for playing cards or bringing home leftovers. An armoire allows for unpacking suitcases. There's a small fridge that works well and tea station. The tap water is drinkable, clearly from the aqueduct.
  : There were no instructions on arrival. You must call to have them let you in, as there is a tiny sign indicating the entrance (gold plate facing the Pantheon) and the building/entrance is shared with other residences and businesses. There is no manned front desk. Barbara speaks perfect English and will send someone immediately, just know you must have international phone service to make this call. The beds were very firm, the shower is tiny, too small for many Americans to even enter. Of course the building is from another era and the bathroom retrofitted, simply be aware, if you are taller than 6'2" or weigh more than 225lbs, it likely won't be usable for you and there's no bathtub. There was a lot of noise every night (all night) from the street below as the location is a large public square. There's no metro nearby so taxi is the best way to arrive, but they cannot bring you to your door due to crowds.
