  : Good location as it was very central and close to Trevi fountain.
  : Very loud as it's just above a busy Piazza. The room was very basic and a bit run down. It didn't reflect what we saw in the pictures. We had problems with the bathroom - the shower was very tiny and hard to move in and the floor hadn't been cleaned properly. We also put our towels on the floor to be replaced and the cleaners just hung them back up.

  : The location is unbelievable. Right in between the Trevi Fountain and Pantheon, both which are a 5minute walk from the property
  : Could have been a bit cleaner. The toilet is badly stained and we found hairs in one of our towels. No big deal though

  : Good location and amenities - even had a USB charger for your phone so didn't need a eu adaptor. Also accommodating on a late check in - though would have been charged 30 additional.
  : The payment process is the worst I've seen and is chaotic! I pre-paid via booking.com. However, they decided to double charge me at the end of my stay (which they could do as requested my credit card details as a mandatory). Thought they where taking out the 30 for the late checkin. Instead they charged 600 which was already paid. I had to bring this to their attention (they would have taken my money twice for real valid reason - incompetent and red flag) and they said they would refund it. That's when for me the nightmare started. I was told they couldn't refund it on my credit card and would need more bank details (red flag). I then had to chase them for a week as the money didn't hit my account and they didn't give me an estimate on when it would be in my account (red flag). The owner did apologise however towards the end she started arguing with me saying it's not their fault and the fault of booking.com and they have to protect themselves (basically poor me - red flag). I had to chase a lot, they made poor excuses and it was very stressful. I've never had an experience like this before and I wouldn't recommend the place purely based on the ridiculous payment process. If you want a stress free holiday find somewhere else!!! Also walls are paper thin - I could clearly hear the people next door who were having issues with their bank account so I heard their private information.

  : We loved the location, room size and general feel of the property. It was also very secure. Giulia the manager is extremely welcoming and assisted us where we had a couple of problems. The room has USB ports (very useful!) and a fantastic bathroom. The communal area is also great and very stylish. We recommend Salotto 42 cafe next to the property for a tasty coffee! Its also right near tonnes of fab restaurants so no need to venture far at night. Thanks again.
  : The room was not cleaned when we arrived so we had to wait several hours to go in. Our coffee machine in our room was broken and we were locked out of our bathroom a couple of times (dodgy door- once on arrival which we fixed and another on our penultimate day - we called the manager and had to wait for this to be fixed). The walls were paper thin meaning we could hear conversations clearly in the room next door and the pillows were too flimsy to sleep on - it was like sleeping without a pillow!

  : The property is just above the bar on the square. People gather outside to drink, so... you might spend a night without sleeping if you are sensible to noise.

  : Room was not soundproof, pillows were very thin, shower was small and uncomfortable, no coffee machine in room as was stated in the description.
