  : Sylvia was great, helpful and friendly and kept everything very clean. Breakfast was very good. Location was top notch. Amenities were great with good towels, shower caps, hair dryer, book. No problem finding it if you follow their video and instructions. Kettle in my room. Lift available but didn't seem to work at 4am. Great restaurant just downstairs, pharmacy on the corner, taxi stand nearby.
  : Out of 4 persons, 2 people found the main bed really unconfortable due to it sinking in the middle. The other 2 at the side beds were fine. Can be noisy at night for light sleepers if you keep the window open since it is on a main road but no problem for me.

  : Although the rooms are relatively spacious - with 3 people there is little room in which to relax - the walls need painting and refreshing - you cannot leave the window open as it is very loud below at street level - for a single room in a shared accommodation space - it is very expensive compared to many full facility hotels - the staff and owners are nice

  : The description received on WhatsApp App was helpful to start off with; photos of outside the building. However there was no photo of the restaurant outside of the door of the building - that photo would have been really helpful since it is a main road and the taxi had no idea where the residence was. Moreover, the real reason I am writing this is because the stairs (lots of stairs not a few) were described as a ramp? I took the elevator to the 3rd floor as directed to do so in the What’s App message; only to then have to pull my large suitcase down a set of stairs to my room. What ramp? There was no ramp? I suspect I had to go to the third floor because the lift does not stop on the second. Stairs should most definitely not be described as a ramp. The family arriving at the same time as me were equally as perplexed. Secondly, I would have expected a hospitality business to know about an Italian Taxi App (in English) called FREENOW. You can book your taxi on-line from your hotel. Had I not had a large suitcase walking to Largo Chigi (suggested by the business) would not have been a big deal. However, since I had an enormous suitcase containing valuable items, and which the establishment suggested I leave in the hallway?? (I don’t think so) not in the apartment, I used the Taxi App. And I only learned about the app from an employee working for another accomodation business on the lower floor.
  : 1. False description in What’s App message after I had paid to stay. Stairs not Ramp. I would not have stayed here had the description been truthful and accurate. 2. The lack of knowledge (FREENOW Taxi App)3. Absence of valuable and meaningful help. Permitting me to keep my suitcase (for no more than 6 minutes, a 3 minute walk to Largo Chigi to grab a taxi and a 3 minute walk back) should have been more than acceptable. Specifically because I would not have booked this accomodation had I known about the lift (lack of) and stairs. To add insult to injury, Residenze Group Salotto Doria offered to allow me to leave my suitcase outside the door of the apartment as a ´Free Servicé’

  : Location. Easy walk to the Trevi Fountain, Spanish Steps and Colosseum and many other downtown sites.
  : When looking at hotel options, I specifically chose this one as it was within my price range and was advertised as having air conditioning. When we arrived all of the ACs in the rooms were not working. I called the owner and she indicated it was broke and they were waiting on parts. I wish she would have let us know earlier as I may have changed hotels to get one with a working AC. Also, for anyone that rents the “chevaldese” room please be aware the windows open up to the HVAC system with tarps covering some of the equipment. This room is not a view room. Also, if you are a larger person the shower may be too small to use as it is about 2.5’ deep by 3’ wide with a seat in it that takes up some of the width.
