  : Location, Check-in was east to handle.
  : We booked two rooms as two couples and noticed that keys of each room open all other rooms. The keys are so generic and you can unlock everybody's room door using your own room's keys. It's an unacceptable.situation.On the second morning of our stay, we woke up with a noise. At 8 am on Sunday, there were people working with a portable ladder in the hall.

  : We stayed 3 nights in Casa Heberart and it was perfect for our short stay in Rome. The location was really good for us. Our room, the American room was what we expected, even better maybe. The mattress was great, we slept great, without much noise from the street. We didn't hear the other guests but we did hear when housekeeping was cleaning in the morning. The self check-in was made very easy by Francesca. We will book again next time we're in Rome.
  : We only used the bedsides lamps as the main light was too bright/white. I would suggest to change the lightbulbs to warm/amber colour lights. This will really change the ambiance and experience of the room!
