: Augusto is a very kind and friendly host, always willing to help and provide all he can in order for the guest to have a pleasant stay. You can ask him for tips and valuable information on what to do and what to not do in Rome. He helped us avoid a couple of "tourist traps". The apartment is relatively small, but the room has enough space even for 4 persons. The bathroom is clean and contains far more than just the basics. You don't even need to bring your own toothbrush, as there is one there waiting for you! The breakfast was very nice, Augusto asks you about your preferences and prepares the breakfast accordingly. The location is very suitable, especially if you plan to visit the Vatican city. There is a Metro station within 2-3 walking minutes so you can go pretty much everywhere in the city quite easily.
: There was nothing particularly unpleasant. Generally, it was a nice experience!

: Augusto did everything to make us feel comfortable and was very helpful giving us suggestions of sightseeing spots. He also helped us when we got in a bit of a trouble, so to us it was more than a B&B, we also had a host acting as a friend. We are a family with two teenagers, the room was comfortable and enough space. Perfect location and only a couple of minutes to Metro, reaching city centre in 15 minutes.
