  : Maybe the caretaker could not hold parties with other guests while other guests are sleeping, they made a lot of noise one night.

  : Great staff - they gave us precise instructions (video in whatsapp) for self-checkin and were in touch for any concerns. Two shared bathrooms - all good, clean, no problems with hot water. A kettle in the room for tea-lovers as we are!
  : Sometimes there is noise from outside through the window in the morning, even if it is closed.

  : Location is 200 mt to Vatican City, good for early Vatican visit. Hostel was placed on high end spacious local district far from tourist crowd, 30 mins to Trevi by walk. Room was clean, bathroom was clean(I prefer if they could place more toilet papers) Overall nice

  : I liked that its location, size of room, solo room, and that they included a towel!!! Space was amazing to and felt really safe. The owner while very insistent was very flexible

  : The location was great it was 5 minutes walk to the Vatican city, and 30 minutes walk to Rome center. The room was a good size and had air conditioning, a small TV and a kettle.
  : We were left on the stairs upon arrival, no one answered the door, we tried ringing, no one answered the phone. We waited an hour and 20 minutes outside to receive a video, from a number we didn't recognize, on how to enter! after that we were harassed every morning for the visitor tax (which was not the agreed price when we booked our stay.) then on the 3rd evening someone was buzzing at our door at 2am for the tax!!!!! we didn't answer because we were in bed and so the same person was waiting for us outside the door at 7am!! There were 2 shared bathrooms which were mostly clean, however one day there was no toilet paper and another the seat was dirty. We stayed 5 nights here and not a single day the rooms were cleaned or our bin emptied. Also small detail yet extremely frustrating!!!! All the keys used are odd fashioned therefore it took another guest to show us the trick on how to open our door and every single time we wanted to get into the building and into our room each lock took about 5 minutes to open! Holidays are meant to be stress free
