  : it wasnt the cleanest. I dont think bedding is cleaned after each stay, the pots and cooking dishes werent very clean either. the water boiler kept going out, so I had to keep resetting it. the washing machine was very stinky

  : 1) Huge apartment with 4 rooms near Vatican 2) There is a lot of utensils for cooking in the apartment if you want to save some money 3) There are many required things for cooking and you do not need to buy them in the first day (such as salt, vinegar, oil etc.) 4) The apartment has three bathrooms, which are very convenient for group of people 5) Mr Gianluca met us at 7:30 AM in the apartment for collecting keys and provided useful information about sightings and about public transport
  : 1) There is no coffee, tea or sugar in the apartment. We had to buy on the very first day. I would be a hospitable gesture to have such stuff. 2) There is no microwave in the apartment and you can't heat food fast 3) There are not enough sockets in the apartment to charge all our devices for the company of six persons 4) Despite the agreement with Claudia about late check-in (we have to pay additional 20 euro for the late check-in) and arranged transfer for six persons, we had none of them (no transfer and refusal to meet us near the apartment). Our flight was delayed in 3.5 hours and after we informed her she told us I know you can go to hotel and ask the airline for compensation. Your airline must pay you compensation and this is inappropriate situation when host already charged money for all stay. We had a pleasant and great night outdoors. 5) When we have to pay additional money for cleaning and city task Mr Gianluca have a bill with payment about apartment which already have been changed by booking.com. After my remark that Ive already payed this money and searching information about this payment in my back account Mr Gianluca has found that we already changes this payment. So, check you bills twice before pay. 6) On the first floor lives an elderly and sick person (inadequate) who came to us and threatened and filmed us with words you are walking too laud, please stop walking and make any noise or I will call the police. And each wall in the apartment has warning do not make noise, speak at low voice. We were not informed about the necessity of walking tip-toe and watching TV in a mute mode. Besides that, you will hear screaming from time to time from the first floor.

  : The hotel was in a prime location which was ideal. We were a group of 9 friends . We had a great time. The price was affordable and The apartment was well equipped. The rooms were clean and spacious. The staff were Extremely kind and accommodating.

  : The apartment has three bathrooms, but one of them can only be used from 8 am to 11 pm. The other two do not lock (broken), toilets and water are very noisy. The doors creak, the repair is old. Beds and mattresses are old. TV only in room and kitchen. The neighbor downstairs is crazy, he came even when we were talking in a whisper, very strong audibility. Coming to the apartment, we could not even talk calmly. Not to mention the fact that in the evening to sit all together. A neighbor filmed us on camera, and even at our words let's be quiet well, he did not stop yelling at us.

  : Very close to the Vatican and the property was very clean! Staff was very helpful, from storing luggage before check in to arranging transport. Would stay here again!
  : There are 3 bathrooms, but one can't be used from 11pm to 8am. That knocked out group of 8 down to 2 bathrooms in the mornings, which was not great.
