: Very friendly personnel, best location easily accessible to public transport, and all touristic places, very clean and you have all what you might need in the room.
: Consider its center of the city and it might be loud if you keep your windows open. Though there is an airco and you can close windows it should protect from the noise.

: Lovely staff, very professional and friendly, always happy and bubbly. Room and other areas very clean, beds made every day and bins emptied. The location is brilliant, you can literally walk anywhere worth mentioning in the centre of Rome. Most of the really interesting things are within a 2 km radius. The Piazza Navona area in itself is also interesting and there are many restaurants to choose from.
: The doors are very thin and have a large gap at the bottom, which basically means all noise and smells come into the room. We probably had the smallest room and the only window could not be kept open for long due to the greasy fumes coming up from the restaurant downstairs. On the other hand, this made the room darker and easier to sleep. The things disturbing the sleep were noisy neighbours and staff making breakfast in the morning right next to our door. So when you fall asleep after midnight sometime due to neighbours coming loudly in, and then wake up to the sounds of the coffee machine, dishes, smell of toast etc. around 7 in the morning, you just don't get enough rest. And when walking around all day, you need the rest. The other rooms are probably situated much better in regards to these things. But all in all, a successful visit, would consider again in a different room.
