  : 1. cheated! For leaving luggage last day at the reception in the morning, they asked us to pay 5 euro, which is unusual but acceptable. But when we go to pick them up, they tell me that I hv to pay 19, cuz we left 5 small Stck there, each costs 5 and 1 euro in discount.( all Ryanair check in size excuse me?!) I argued that we informed us in the morning not like that and I can only pay 5 in my case, and the end the agreed but set 10 in the POS just try whether I wont see it and beep this kind of cheated behavior cant be accepted! Disgusting I will never come back! And none recommendation of all my friend circle! As its the 10th time in Italy.i never faced this kind of bs* situation, most of them were so kind and nice!2. the first day we arrived, the reception cant find our room and our keys, after about 1 hour, after 5 time wrong info, after I trying all the codes and keys in the whole 3 floors, finally we get a correct room information with an incorrect key! Jesus! Good job!3. after we enter the room, to be honestly it ok for a short stay, but there r two bathrooms, both of the shower room glass doors are broken, we have to fix them by ourselves, most of the furniture are kinda broken naja never mind all above can be somehow accepted until they cheated at the end! 4. Tips for the guest, bathroom is super narrow if u mind, warm water cant come fluently and u have to take the brause in hand of course
