  : The location was superb! You are literally on Piazza Navona. A wonderful balcony where I spent my evenings watching the world go by below on Piazza Navona. For somewhere that is situated in such a vibrant and busy area - it's so peaceful at night, ensuring a great night's sleep. The suite itself was fabulous. It was so spacious and had a large bed and TV. The fridge was well stocked, and the breakfast was delivered at the requested time each morning. The breakfast is simple, yet filling. The en-suite bathroom was a decent size, and the entire place was spotless. Fabrizio was very welcoming and provided me with a list of restaurants in the area, or nearby that had amazing food at a great price and weren't tourist trap restaurants. I loved my stay in this little gem, and I'll definitely be back again. I've been to Rome many times and stayed in many different locations, but this is by far my favourite.
  : I only had one issue with this place, which can be fixed. The toilet in the en-suite within the suite was a self-flushing toilet. However, it seemed to flush at random times, too, for example, when you'd actually sit on the toilet. This isn't the issue, the issue is that when that happened, it also vibrated and left a loud noise like it would explode or something. It actually frightened the life out of me every time it happened. I found it amusing after a while. I'm sure this is something that can be fixed, though, and probably is fixed by now. Apart from the few toilet scares I had, this was the perfect stay, and will most definitely be back.

  : Room itself was a big disappointment. Very old furniture, very basic room, no soap holder in the bathroom so had to keep the soap on the floor. Poor lighting - 2 floor lamps and bedside lamps, thats it.couldnt use the balcony because its a very low and tight exit that required 3 steps and ducking our heads.curtains are not total block out, its a piece of fabric nailed to the window frame.Very noisy air-conditioner and we were very warm most nights as air conditioner didnt work well.will not stay there again.

  : Fantastic location. Friendly reception staff and good communication.
  : Steps leading up and into the hotel reception.Junior suite directly off the small reception area - was woken by guests checking out/in? at 7.30am with no regard for sleeping guests. Talking went on for over 40 minutes! Also, very uncomfortable pillows and no robes to go with the provided slippers which is unusual for a suite.
