  : Location location location (2 min walk from Spanish Steps). Helpfulness and friendly welcome. Great restaurant recommendations thank you!! Light and bright apartment. Good facilities - washing machine, dishwasher, iron, drying rack etc. Bed was comfortable. Good air con!
  : 4 floor walk up - although we knew this when we booked! Not too bad as we needed it after all the pasta! Washing machine very noisy! Tea towels would be nice for drying dishes.

  : The location of the property is excellent. Coffee shop across road or down to the right for breakfast. Spanish Steps to the right and then to the left 2 mins. Metro link to termini (4 stops) to the left of the steps. Internet in apt very good - clean linen and Towels - good hairdryer. Didnt use dishwasher or wash machine but they are there if you need them. Dont know if there is a dryer. You should ask if you think you will require it. Umbrellas provided. If you have to buy one they will say 8-10 euro. Haggle. 5.
  : 80 steps (8 flights) up stairs no lift in building is a feat in itself This apt is not for the unfit with bad knees or hips.If you are a fit person this is no issue. No bottle opener or cork screw - in Italy The initial reaction to the property I have to admit was disappointing upon entering apt compared to photo displayed- While it is clean it is old and tired the bathroom fan and toilet are noisy- It it an old Italian apt - but the location makes up for it- and the shutters and windows provide dark relatively quiet nights sleep. This is Italy and what would it be if you did not embrace the sounds around you. One thing to remember if you are to stay here, Instructions were to leave the key in the apt as we left. Had we done this we would still be there - locked into the building with luggage with no way to exit. So before you close the door to apt - bring luggage down - open front gate/door have someone hold it open and then go all the way back up the 8 flights to the apt to leave the keys Your pedometer will reward you

  : Great location (steps away from Piazza di Spagna). Clean and comfortable. You have everything you need. Tons of cafes and restaurants nearby.
  : A few broken things that needed fixing. Nothing major though. 4 flights of stairs with no elevator.

  : problem with electric going off and blocked toilet due to old pipes and macerator for toilet not always working ! we were told not to use the washing machine as it was broken but there was no attempt made to fix it in the week we were there.

  : Our flight was running late, but it was easy to keep in touch with the agency who met us at the apartment with keys. The agency also arranged airport taxi pick up for us which was a reasonable rate and worked easily. The apartment is in a great location, right next to the Spanish Steps. Easy to walk to all of the sights, if you are a good walker. Otherwise the metro is close. Great shopping nearby and mini supermarkets. It is a bustling and interesting area, but not quiet at night. Good air conditioning. Clean towels, bedding. Perfect for a couple of nights.
  : The front door is really hard to open with the key - sometimes easy, sometimes impossible. A friendly neighbour helped us one night. Frustrating at the end of a long first day in Rome. The kitchen is not really well equipped (no washing up liquid, tea towel, sponge, ice tray..)- but then we spent very little time in the apartment. The shower could be a little bit cleaner. Otherwise perfect for a short stay!

  : The location.
  : The lock was faulty and I was locked outside the property from 12pm in the evening until 11am the following day. Someone had to come by and oil the lock and key and explain that it wasnt like a normal lock as you had to twist it really hard to the left after the final click and pull it towards you. The shower was defective - the rod was broken and water splurted everywhere. We couldnt shower properly or wash our hair. The property assured us they would arrange for someone to fix the shower but no one arrived. When I followed up with them they admitted to the shower being defective and said a colleague had taken a photo before we checked in and it was only slightly broken but useable. This was not true - the rod was loose and fell off to the side when we tried to use it and the actual shower head hardly had water coming from it. I absolutely cannot recommend this property. They refused to refund us and their attitude was terrible.
