  : Its incredibly good located and in the summer its great with all that space in the terrace. Air conditioning was good and toilet was clean and so were the bedsheets. Towels were clean and nice to. The kitchen utensils and the kitchen were clean. I always double check and do a cleaning of my own every time I go somewhere even if it looks clean I do it again. Bed was comfy and even if the place it self is small, for a couple it enough and kind of cozy. I liked it and would go back. The water temperature thing was not a problem for me. It did not bothered me. But the temperature is a bit unstable sometimes but nothing you cant work with. I moved a bit when it was to cold or hot for me. It takes only 2 seconds and its back again. I had no problem communicating with the owner or the ones in charge of the apartment.
  : Well I always do a cleaning procedure every place I go before I can relax. Like previously named here in the reviews the walls by the bed were very dirty. I cleaned it with 90% alcohol and now it looks normal again now. But that should not be my job, I think it should be part of their own cleaning process. The pillows on the terras were incredibly filthy. The should be washed or replaced. I took away all of them and put it on each other in a corner until the day I checked out. Like I said, I cleaned everything with alcohol after I moved the pillows. The small lamp by the bed do not have a bulb so they do not work. There is no kitchen towel and only 1 glass, 1 bear glass and 1 tea cup. The were 4 Espresso cups. It would be nice to have more water glasses.

  : I warn against renting the Apartment Reppublica, Fireze 11 Roma. This is a room that was created from the terrace. A light structure made of glass and panels on the roof of the building was built. This was called the apartment. I also warn you because there is a big problem with hot water in this room. To take a shower, first turn on the hot water in the sink and bidet. Otherwise, the water in the shower flies cold and with a very small stream. It's hard to take a bath. In the apartment, despite the fact that the description lacked a coffee machine, toaster, microwave. You have to crawl to bed because there is no access from the sides. In addition, the kitchen furniture partially covers the existing bed entrance. I think that the area given in the offer - 48m2, is counted together with the terrace. Standart absolutely does not correspond to the price of the apartment !!! I would not recommend this place to anyone, because it is difficult to enjoy the attractions of Rome when you have to go back to such an apartment for the night.

  : The location was the best thing that the apartment have you almost walk to every highlights in the city. Really good connected to the train to go to the airport and grocery stores around and restaurants. The bedroom is really good.
  : The first thing that I want to say is that the apartment is not really an apartment its a terrance with a small room that they convert it into a small studio. The terrace is open not covered so in winter is not a good option you cannot used it at all, they have everything inside kitchen, bathroom and the bed on the same space. Its a really cool idea probably in summer you can enjoy it but not in winter, its freezing the literally have a hole that connect with outside just next to the bed and there is all windows no thermic ones. On top of that the sheets were dirty, witch is so bad on our days with the covid and everything. There's no soap to wash dishes, no pills to use the dishwasher and the host said that we need to buy that. It gives you the idea that the last hostess clean the dishes with water. we found hotels for the same price with breakfast included but we prefer to pick this because it looked very nice but we were really disappointed.
