  : LOCATION. It is right in the centre of everything. Literally 2 streets away from Piazza Navona, surrounded by great night life, and behind it there are several antique shops, and the shopping district is minutes away on foot too.Everything was very clean and just what we needed for our short trip. Bed was comfortable, shower was incredible. Loved our little apartment in our Roman neighborhood and we miss it very much.
  : A few more kitchen appliances would have been very useful.A change pillows, from down feathered pillows to hypoallergenic ones would have been nice as we were slightly allergic to them, but it didn't spoil our stay.

  : The price was relatively cheap to other accommodations in the area around Piazza Navona. There was hot water, a bidet and fresh towels. Because the check in was late (2 pm) we could hold our luggage at the luggage storage for free.
  : The apartment felt a bit neglected and was very dark. The sounds from outside the apartment could be heard inside at all hours of the day. Check in was at a different location than the apartment and they asked us initially to pay to hold the luggage. Booking a transfer was easy - but they charged us 10 Euros extra for a night transfer - 58 instead of 48 which was advertised. A "cleaning fee" of 20 Euros extra was charged, which was not mentioned in the website.

  : Location,very central to most major tourist attractions and transport. Lots of restaurants nearby.
  : Very noisy, local pedestrian traffic and noise till late from restaurant next door. Sound proposing not very good

  : The apartment is a bit small and old. Due to its location in the center of the city, there were noises but still acceptable.

  : Location is nice. Apartment is normal apartment. I dont know if I would stay again but overall okay. Quality price wasnt bad.
  : It might have been miscommunication but I was made to pay city tax in cash and the guy walked in when I was absent. It was a nightmare receiving phone calls to organise how to leave cash in the house or meet this guy.

  : Any place in the historical city center is great, an apartment with Piazza Navona around the corner but still in a quiet vicolo is even better. The apartment is spacious enough for a longer stay (5 nights in my case) with all necessary kitchen facilities, hair dryer and an iron and ironing board at hand, there is also a washing machine with cubes of washing powder provided. Great coffee capsules. Communication with the owner was great, I really appreciated the possibility of an earlier check-in.
  : The apartment is not as big as described, for sure not of 55m2. It's in a very narrow street, so there is a little of natural light, smells dump. Seems like nothing has been changed there since the 80's. Old furniture, dirty walls, dirty plastic thing separating kitchen area from the rest, would be really better to get rid of that. In general, the place is clean as a normal private apartment, however things like sofa pillows or table placemats were dirty, I put them aside immediately. The bed is horrible, all this "moves and jumps" is difficult to make it through the night, and anyone taller than 165 cm will have their feet out... Pillows are totally flat, no fluffiness at all. There is no hot water in the kitchen, and the water pressure is low. I don't really get it how you can supply such tiny things like washing powder cubes or plenty of bin bags, but no chopping board or a handwash. Not all sockets work. The address is not so obvious, there is no marking of Vicolo di Montevecchio 26, you end up at Osteria del Gallo and only if someonetells you,you know it's the door just next to it. Beware that that there is an issue with the outside door lock, few times we struggled to open the door - don't know if that's the key of the lock, that is a thing for immediate check and replacement.
