  : The staff were friendly and the facility was in an excellent location. The rooftop terrace had a great view of Rome.
  : There was an unfortunate odour coming from the bathroom. Also the floorboards were loose and we tripped over them several times.

  : The room was fairly clean and organized, the staff very helpful and nice. The reception doesn't answer the phone after 5pm, but that is something you're told about right as you're checking in, so just make sure to get there a little earlier to see if you everything you need in the roomWe found it quite comfortable, and the staff kindly placed us in a room to accommodate our needs the best.The terrace view is great! Definitely great for a quick aperitivo at sunset.The location is definitely amazing, within walking distance from any central area, and if you need a taxi they're right around the corner.Overall, I do think you get your monies worth/pay exactly for what you receive.
  : The bathroom had a humid smell to it, but it's something I noticed most accomodations in the city center have, so it'd definitely not the relais fault.

  : The location is very good. Terrace view is splendid. Bathroom was small. The room view is very good. Luckely the elevator was working.
  : The bathroom was smelling. Even if it was clean that smell wasn't nice. It was hard to sleep :(

  : The location for this place was perfect, you were immediately in the heart of a bunch of shops, restaurants, and cafes. It was about 45 minute walk to the train station or 30 min taxi ride. I loved that we were able to keep our bags there for as long as we needed before catching the train to our next destination. The staff was very nice, the bathroom was very clean and had daily housekeeping. The shutters were so dark in our room that I could have slept for days without knowing it. The rooftop balcony was gorgeous and had a great view of the city, definitely my favorite part.
  : Wifi wasn't the strongest if you were using it for work but adequate for just scrolling.

  : Really great location, friendly staff, nice/spacious room.
  : Shower was super small, bad smells would come from the bathroom after showering. Birds nest around the rooms so make a bit of an annoying noise in the mornings.

  : Super close to the center, and everything is within walking distance. our room was being cleaned and towels were being changed every day. I asked for iron and they provided it immediately. The staff was super friendly and helpful and check-in and checkout were super smooth. The AC was working good.
  : There was a big wooden box attached to the wall near the bed which made it hard to get to bed. The pillows were either too big or too thin.
