  : its a big and spacious place with 2 separate bedrooms and a living room. this allowed privacy and convenience. the apartment has all the necessary cutlery, iron, and a washing machine. The location is fine, but overall requires quite a long walk to all the central places. A smooth checkin and checkout process.
  : Sound isolation in the first bedroom is non-existent. you can hear neighbors boiler/washroom sounds nonstop, as well as hear people talk/listen to music. We could barely sleep for 3 nights out of 4. The bed in the second bedroom is far from comfortable, since mattresses keep sliding down. The apartment needs a more thorough cleaning. We had to wipe dust from bedside tables and in bathrooms in order to be able to use them. The outside terrace is also unkept. Surprisingly, theres no stocked toilet paper. only one roll is available.

  : Location inside the city walls = easy access to all must-see tourist attractions and museums; The property is located in a short distance walk from tourist epicenters and has good old thick walls = good sleep; Communication with the host was smooth.
  : The unbearable lightness of wifi and cellular data aka very bad reception. The advertised bed in the second bedroom is actually some sort of sofa-bed: two mattresses on a wooden frame that fall apart and and leave a sleeper partially in the hole between the two mattresses. There were no cleaning supplies in the apartment. Not even a brush.

  : Very nice and spacious appartment situated in a very good location, close to Termini station and turistic interest places. We used the metro just twice in our 4 days visit in Rome because everything is within walking distance.The appartment was good overall.
  : Few more bowls and big mugs could be added to the kitchen and some shelves in one of the bathrooms to place your things.

  : The localization was very good. The apartment has a nice terrace and is quite spacious.
  : The person that was giving us keys, didnt give us the exact apartment number and did not go down to show us were to go,as a result we were waiting around 15 minutes writing messages on WhatsApp and had to pay more for later check in although we were downstairs before midnight. Moreover this person did not know very much about the apartment as it was not hers. It was only slightly cleaned. The bed in the small bedroom and in the living room was very uncomfortable. There was missing sheet for the third bed in the living room.
