  : Locality and the host was friendly and a great communicator. Was able to leave our luggage before checkin time and after .
  : The hairdryer, it doesnt really cost much more to get a proper size one. The walls needed a clean.

  : The bed was big and comfortable and the room was very comfortable and nicely decorated. Also, the noise isolation was pretty good (windows closed of course), considering we were next to a busy street. Location was convenient and restaurants and grocery shops were available at walking distance.
  : The bathroom was placed right next to the bed and it was slightly inconvenient.

  : The room is wonderful, was so happy we chose the balcony. It was close to the train so we could walk. A bit far out for the Vatican and St Peters early morning tour but a cab ride fixed that. Recommendation for Babbos across the street spot on! Best meal of our entire trip.
  : Instructions on getting to room once at property not clear but a Man from another apartment rental was super helpful. Apartment was secure.

  : The property was in close proximity to the train station and there was a bus stop outside the guesthouse which enabled us to get to all major sites in Rome. The room we had was large and we had a small balcony which looked out on to a small courtyard, the room was comfortable and just what we needed as a base to explore Rome as we arrived and departed Rome by train.

  : Beautiful spacious room, very comfortable large bed, excellent shower with plenty of hot water. Spotlessly clean. The small fridge was very useful. Friendly staff. Very convenient location near the station.
  : Street noise. Even with the shutters and windows closed traffic and passing noisy pedestrians could be heard and the glass/bottle bins from the restaurant opposite were collected and emptied at 3am one morning making a huge racket. Bring ear plugs!
