  : During my stay a total of 15 cars were broken into & mine was stolen. There’s no security cameras or guards on the property which is a major safety concern. I was woken up to a gang breaking into cars at 145am & nobody working even realised what was going on until I came from the 4th floor yelling & I had to call the police myself. I was terrified with my 2 younger kids and knowing a gang was in such close proximity & there were no safety plans implemented or anything that could have helped us if anything were to go further was unsettling. The general manager showed no compassion! I had to call corporate and file a complaint to get a refund on my night stay. I love the hotel chain but will never book at this location again.

  : Some of the staff were welcoming others. I did love the idea of the complimentary breakfast that I can say. I was actually very happy.
  : What I didn't like was from the moment we got there. The first impressions mean a lot. And the front desk clerk was anything from that. I felt unwelcome and unwanted. It felt because of my ethnicity. An aside from my room was not ready and that we were told that they could not accept cash of front. It had to be on the last day, and they had to put a cart on file, which was not told to us from the beginning. Aside from the room can't, we stayed was nice from appearance wise, but until you really pay attention, it was disgusting. It had stains all over. And I dare not even mention it too housekeeping because I felt uncomfortable if they did enter the room.

  : There was a strong smell in the hotel upon entering and it was even worse in my room. Alerted the staff and the couldn’t smell it. They were totally use to the offense smell. Had them clean the room again smell still there.

  : I enjoyed my breakfast and the room I stayed it. I was big and very clean upon arrival. The staff was very helpful during check in and check out.
  : I did not like the eggs for breakfast but thats just a personal preference.
