  : Quality of the food was okay, but not very special
  : The staff was horrible, when my wife broke a leg on the first day and we spent all day at the hospital, the only thing the staff was concerned about was to dump our food at the table since they wanted to close the kitchen in time. No help on my wife who due to her broken leg she could not walk at all, I had to beg for an office chair to move which they only reluntantly gave for a short while We have to leave for surgery in The Netherlands after 2 nights, we prepaid and got nothing back, not even the half board or for not having to clean the room, when I asked why not they got very rude and stated these were their rules.

  : 1. Breakfast was decent, buffet with most options available. 2. Dinner 4/5 courses and also very good. 3. Rooms are recently renovated so clean, spacious and modern with many outlets. 4. Wifi worked well everywhere. 5. Parking available (and snow cleared quickly) 6. Fitness area very well equiped with technogym equipment (although no treadmill)
  : 1. Hotel has a policy that says you cannot have your own food/drink in the room - first time I have ever heard this - they cite recylcing reasons, but this just seems to be to get you to spend money on their own products - note that the nearest supermarket is a 5km drive away in Hochgurgl. 2. Charging 3.8 Euros a litre for tap water during dinner. 3. Making you collect your own fork/spoon for breakfast - they just set the table with a knife. 4. Pool relatively small - so max capacity 2 or 3 people. 5. Checkout at 10am - non-negotiable

  : It was welcoming from the start, great staff, excellent food and beautiful views.
  : A bit confusing in the spa as to whether a swimsuit was needed for the pool. A small price to pay for a fantastic holiday

  : Unfortunately there was a power cut when I arrived which turns out lasted the whole night & still no power in the morning. My room included dinner & breakfast however due to the power outage dinner consisted of tuna & sweetcorn with some salad leaves. Breakfast was also fairly limited. The power outage couldnt have been helped by the hotel owners however I felt it a bit unfair that I had to pay full price, considering no proper cooked dinner & no hot water in the morning for a shower.

  : Very good food, nice ambiance, very nice decor in hotel common areas, great location, enough parking, convenient ski room, very nice spa
  : One of the beds was a bit soft but that's a question of taste. Slept quite well!

  : Hotel is lovely, location is perfect but some staff members and petty rules let it down, will definitely come back if there's a change of ownership.Food is quite good The decor is nice, especially the fireplace and bar area, good spa with plenty of beds and facilitiesThe views are incredible, the location is amazing for skiing
  : Waiter behind the bar and the lady serving us at breakfast and dinner were lovely, the other staff were rude and miserable.Water is charged at 3.50 for TAP water, apart from at breakfast when it's free, but you have to guess/wait to be told off before you know this You're not allowed to sit at the hotel owner's table at the bar, but it's not reserved and there is no sign, so you have to wait to be told offYou aren't allowed to bring ANY skiwear through reception or near the dining room, but the door to the ski room is jammed and stiffThere are no slippers or dressing gowns so remember your flip flops or you'll be going down to the spa barefootThe wine list is all in German, in fact everything is in German so you'll be ordering blindNo water glasses or bottles in the room, threatening notice in room to stop you bringing your own snacks homeThe salad bar is very very limited
