  : Our family stayed 3 nights in Haus Holiday in early August 2019, our fourth visit to Saas Fee but only our first stay in this apartment. The apartment was situated along the main street of Saas Fee and only 2 minutes walking distance from the Saas Fee bus terminal. We informed the hosts of our arrival time in advance, and Kurt picked up us from the bus terminal and drove us to the apartment. The apartment had two bedrooms, each with a double bed. The master bedroom had a small balcony with mountain view. There was a fully equipped big kitchen with dining area, perfect for preparing own meals. The bathroom, though not big, had constant temperature hot water for comfortable bathing. The WiFi was strong and working fine, with high connection speed. Overall, the room was clean and the hosts/owners great.As the washing machine was not located inside the apartment, we needed Pauline to help wash our clothes (free for the first load of laundry and at a very reasonable price for each subsequent load). We would need to make appointment for arranging the laundry service and we learnt that only after our arrival. Once, Pauline was not available to help with the laundry but fortunately the other members of the Lehners family were there and helped us with the laundry. Great thanks to them.
  : The apartment was on the third floor of the building and it did not have a lift. In addition, there were another twenty to thirty stairs from the street to the ground floor of the building. A bit challenging if the luggage was heavy, but we were aware of this fact before we booked the apartment. Luckily Kurt helped move some of our luggage from the street to the room.
