  : the location was perfect.
  : the stairs. I think it should be mentioned because it was a very unpleasant surprise. we had a baby so do the stairs with bags was not so nice

  : Great location just outside the walls of St Malo old town, spotlessly clean, bed comfortable, kitchen well equipped (with one exception).
  : Should have advised it was on the 3rd floor with no lift - we managed to get up all of the stairs with all our luggage, but others with mobility issues may struggle. The lock and door handle are both on their last legs and need replacing. Sofa not desperately comfortable. And no kettle- pretty much an essential for most Brits.

  : The location was great, just outside the Intra-Muros a 10 min walk along the seafront. The parking just outside was excellent. The appartment itself was very large and comfortable and very clean. The information about check in and checkout was provided in plenty of time to be useful. We were met at the property by Arthur who was very welcoming and showed us around, and was the point of contact if needed.
  : Getting the heavy bags up and down 6 flights of stairs was a challenge but we knew about this before booking. Everything else was fantastic.
