  : Wonderful property in the very centralLocation, easy walk to most places of interest in the city centre, and quiet road at the same time. Warm, cosy room. Very helpful staff.
  : The only minor drawback is two flights of stairs to reach the reception which wasn’t ideal with a large heavy suitcase. Not a problem at all, just something to be mindful of.

  : The hotel is in a historical building in a very nice location near Isaaky Sobor. We had a large and clean room. Hotel staff was very friendly.
  : They had only one broken iron per hotel. It should be changed.Our room was quite old-fashioned in comparison with rooms on photos.

  : The man at reception was absolutely not in his place. He hardly looked at us and hwen he did, it was as if he did not want to be there. We had indicated in our booking that we traveled with our 7 year-old daughter and when we did not find a bed for her in our room, he answered very strangely, sating that "that was not on our list", even though i showed him my booking, which clearly stated "2 adults + 1 child (7 years old)". He then claimed that it was not mentioned he had to put an extra bed, so i insisted we needed one. He thought our 7-year old would sleep in one bed with her parents!! He then reluctantly got an extra bed as we were leaving to go into town. When we met him in the hallway, has asked to open the door and wait for somebody to make the bed (he needed our room key), yet this would mean that we had to wait there! I asked if there was any other key (like a masterkey) for our room, and he said: "Only with the cleaning lady", so we left and i told him to ask the cleaning lady to put the extra bed. In the end, there were towels, slipper and bathroom items only for 2 people and no soap, only shampoo for the shower. The next morning when we had breakfast, he also was having his in the technical room next door. We know, because we saw him walk by to reception and back a few times with food in his mouth. He never acknowledged anybody of my family, and only when we spoke to him, he would say something to us. He was very strange and unpleasant.

  : The location is nice, the staff were nice enough
  : The hotel doesn´t have a kitchen which means that the food is prepared by receptionists in the pressure cookers. The selection is poor. One of the days we were left without any hot food left because of coming to breakfast later than 9. The breakfast room literally has 4 or 5 tables which means that the capacity for all guests to have breakfast at the same time is limited. The 2nd bed in the family suite was a very uncomfortable pull out sofa - not the best experience to sleep on it. Overall, the experience was not the most pleasant one.
