  : Excellent location, very close to Hermitage and Nevsky avenue. The cleaning staff was very kind and helpful.
  : The hotel is in the 2nd and 3rd floor of a building. When checking in, I was assigned room 310 that wasn't as published in Booking. It was located in a corner, very small and dark room with a small window to a courtyard. As I complained, they said that image in Booking site was "indicative" but finally they changed me to another room that was similar to the one showed in the website. This is not the first time that happened to me, so people of Booking, you should take care of this.

  : Very central location near Nevsky Prospect, 200 m to metro. Walking distance to Hermitage, Winter palace and boat pier to reach Petergof and other historical attractions. Plenty of restaurants (especially “Jerome”), cafes, supermarkets around the hotel. Close ATM, ticket office, pharmacy etc.Good 3 star hotel with very helpful friendly staff, classical breakfast (starts 8 am) with tea/coffee any time. Spacious room – good layout, large place for the luggage and hooks for convenience. Kettle and tea/coffee in the room, refrigerator, large bed, enough drawers, plenty of light.
  : A/C was totally ineffective, fortunately the evenings were cool.Hotel entrance direct from the street with steps, no ramp.
