: Very convenient location, a lot of good cafes and restaurants in walking distance as well as sightseeing objects.
: We asked for early check-in but when arrived turned out staff missed it. At the beginning they blame us that we didn't confirm extra costs, than found it's their own fault but said there is nothing they could do and went back to sleep. Also, showers were incommodious and they need more powerful hot water boiler.

: - the woman at the reception spoke no English. She had to use Google translate- the room was EXTREMELY small. The photos are absolutely misleading. It's not at all enough for two people. I'd say even small for one- the bed is not a real bed - it was a sofa bed pulled out. So forget about sleeping without back pain- the water noise in the bathroom! People have written about it before. So basically Everytime you flush or open the tap, a loud pump or God knows what starts and produces a loud noise. So my wife and I had at times to actually contol our pee if the other was sleeping so as not to disturb the other person! Not the most ideal situationMy advice: save more money and book yourself at the Renaissance hotel 10 meters away

: The staff went above and beyond! The friendly lady on the reception saw me on CCTV struggling outside with heavy suitcases of mine (I am moving to another country, so had to take much stuff), went outside and helped me with the bags, despite that she didn't have to! Also, they allowed me to pay a bit later when I exchange the money.The room itself was really clean and cozy, very warm, the water flow and its temperature in the shower was great, the hair dryer was present. Kitchen was large and clean. Location is five star!! Absolutely worths the money paid!
: There was only one small (like 330 ml) bottle of water for all my stay. I would suggest not to place drinking water at all, or give additional bottles on request, or place a water cooler in the common area, or give 1 liter of water per day, as most of the hotels do. It might be a bit noisy because the windows face the street.If you are traveling with real much of luggage, I would suggest choosing a larger room. Smaller room doesn't really have space for the bags. I asked for an upgrade, luckily the larger room was available with not that much price difference.If you are healthy, the shower might be a bit cramped for you.
