  : The two ladies who run the hotel are lovely (despite limited English). Unhappy with my small umbrella and rain slicker, they lent me better ones. Large, comfy bed. Surprisingly good shower. Water, tea available all day. Very conveniently located. Good value for the money, and when I skipped breakfast, they refunded (!) the cost.
  : The only real issue was that knowing Russian would have helped. The hotel is somewhat hidden down alley, and the sign outside is in Russian.

  : Accomodation was recently renovated and very clean. Staff didnt speak fluent english but wasnt a problem and everything was solved smootlhy and friendly.
  : Room is super clean and recently renovated, but thare was a strong smell of cleaning products. There was also a smell of mold on the bathroom that reason should be identifyed and fixed. I still recomend the place, but if you are sensitive to this kind of smell, then it should be reconsidered.

  : Location was ok, cool to walk to the center but a little far from all the metro and hub transportation.Staff was very nice, even without speaking english.The room itself was cool and clean.Nice places to eat nearby.
  : The hotel was kind of noisy - being in the room closest to the front door, you could hear every time someone walked in or out.The bathroom was good, but very very humid - it also didn't help that the towels weren't changed every day, so they were humid throughout the day.Don't get the ruff exterior fool you.

  : It was such a lovely place to stay for some days, we loved it. Also great location and super kind hosts. I can recommend it to everybody.

  : The only thing that worked for us was the LOCATION. Very well located , it’s close to most attractions. The front office lady was very sweet and pleasant. The bed was comfortable.
  : NO ONE speaks ENGLISH.Rooms are pretty compact and has very very basic amenities. No side tables, no toothpaste, FLUSH didn’t work which was nuts! Had to keep opening the the top to make it work...no water bottles, no AC just a heater if required.1st day WiFi works well but the 2 and 3rd day WiFi signal was super weak , would come n go. 1st day was fine with regards to the room service but second day I guess after the nice lady’s shift got over was terrible... didn’t change sheets, the bed was made shabbily, used tea cups not replaced with new and bath towels and wet foot mat was also not replaced! Also it can get noisy as the walls are thin.
